Hide volume-up/volume-down notifications when connected #182

When connecting with a bluethooth device with enabled auto volume settings a 
pop-up notification for media/phone volume up/down is displayed. Please make it 
possible to hide this notification pop-ups.

E.g. the software "tasker" can increase/decrease volume without showing this 
notification pop-ups.

This is an easy change but will require an additional preference.  Strange how 
one poersons feature is another persons annoyance.  I added the UI pop-up based 
on feedback.  Now I need to add a feature to remove that feature for some who 
don't like it.  No pleasing everyone is there.
