Remove bad French translations #39

Great app. I'd love to see an option to turn off/on wifi. And, french 
translations are awful (google-translated i guess) : english would be better.

I almost implemented the auto-enable of WIFI and GPS.  However, this does go 
against Android programming guidelines which strongly recommend that enabling 
and disabling of these types of Android services only happen as the result of 
direct user input (such as a widget).  WIFI and GPS are not battery killers as 
some might think.  The display is generally the biggest power consumer.  WIFI 
can be a big consumer when WIFI is connected to a network.  Also, GPS goes work 
when WIFI is disabled.
