Also adjust in-call telephone voice volume #59

User just complained that it did not control his voice volume.  I could see 
where this would be a useful feature and it makes sense to add that 
functionality.  It is not hard to do either.

Will be in 2.3.0 underway now.  Coding done, early testing started.
