Re-orienting main screen while connected to device resets stream volume #61

Main app
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect device, A2DP properly sets volume
2. Re-orient screen while viewing main A2DP Vol screen

Volume reset to the position of the slider bar.

Fixed in 2.2.2.  I finally removed that confusing media volume bar on the main 
screen.  It was not worth fixing as it drove more confusion that anything.  
That also fixed this issue.
