Is it easy to convert stereo to mono? #67

Jim,

Terrific looking app; but, I haven't used it in anger yet.   My headset is too 
old.   I have a motorcycle headset which is mono, Scala Rider Q2; but, on older 
model than the more recent Scala Rider Q2 Pro which has A2DP stereo.   I know 
nothing of Bluetooth & was wondering if it is an easy process to operate in 
mono mode.   It could save me spending hundreds on a new A2DP headset!   Others 
could find it usefull as well ...

This is exactly issue 63.  We are working on that. This looks like a problem 
with Android not giving us that control yet.  Still investigating.  Even in 
cars we would like to route the stream over mono in many cases. 

I pushed 2.2.3 to market a bit early and the SMS message reader feature is 
still being worked.
