Widget to toggle Bluetooth media

Add a widget to toggle bluetooth media.  Doing this requires 
Setting->Wireless->BluetoothSettings->Long Press the connection->Disable Media.

This would be useful for listening to the satellite radio/CD and using Google 
maps to navigate and not having the directions go over Bluetooth but the phone 
still work.

I started a widget project to connect A2DP.  This feature may better fit that 
project:

I have not finished that one though. Maybe I will get time this summer but I am 
working this plugin first: http://code.google.com/p/a2dp-volume-chat/
It seems out of scope of this project to do the toggle widget.  I think it 
would fit nicely with A2DP Connect though.  Please move this issue to: 
http://code.google.com/p/a2dp-connect/issues/list
Remember to star that issue so you will know when we work on it.
