Start date also creates due date #236

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create new action
2.Set start date

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't expect a due date to be entered (as that is not what I'm trying to 
specify). However, a default due date is entered and it won't let me remove it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7 (I think)

Please provide any additional information below.
This is irritating because I want to use the start date as a method of 
deferral. Perhaps it shouldn't be used like this but it has a very similar 
functionality. Perhaps the design of this element of the program should be 
rethought.

Agreed. Will look at changed "Start date" to "Show from" and make it 
independent of "Due date"
