Sync problems (my.gtdify.com) - sync halts and loops, and no synchronization occurs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start manual synchronization

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Syncing sometimes halts halfway. Restarting syncing sometimes help. Sometimes 
force stopping shuffle and then restarting sync operation helps.

Sync operation loops indefinitely, after a complete sync it starts again, and 
again, and... This happens on every manual sync.

In any case, all it did is transfer majority of my projects to my.gtdify.com, 
but not all. And no contexts, tasks or anything other than projects.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Shuffle 1.7.0

Just to add, sync does work from tracks (my.gtdfy) to shuffle. I guess this is 
a similar problem as Issue 127
