Syncs restarts if screen goes in standby #253

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start syncing with tracks
2. You have enough todos that the screen will go blank before the sync is 
completed
3. Sync finishes while the sceen is blak
4. As you unlock the screen, the sync starts again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If sync is completed, it should not start over

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Tracks 1.7.2 and shuffle 1.7.1

Please provide any additional information below.

This can also be reproduced by clicking "Home" after a sync has been completed 
and then re-opening Shuffle (select from app menu or long-press Home), which 
brings the user back to the sync screen and restarts the sync.
