adapt Sync Adapter #255

ok, I know this is probably too much for this app,

basically I am a JuiceDefender user,
JD use to wake network connection at exact sync interval provide by system,
this require app follow the standard way setting up addPeriodicSync to do the 
job,
or it will miss the sync time window,

and this could make it easier for Shuffle to aware system wide AutoSync 
setting, save some extra battery batch with other sync operation etc.

I am just an end user guessing around how Shuffle works by googling,
correct me if I said anything wrong :X
