Tracks sync : Tagged actions not synchronising #298

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an Action in Tracks v2.1
2. Add a tag
3. Try to synchronise from Shuffle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect : Action created in Shuffle
Actual : Action not created

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Suffle v2.0.1, Android 2.3.7 and Android 4.0.3
Tracks v2.1, Ubuntu64 11.04

Please provide any additional information below.
Tracks server is reporting 401 error:

Filter chain halted as [:login_or_feed_token_required] rendered_or_redirected.
Completed in 5ms (View: 1, DB: 0) | 401 Unauthorized [http:xxx]

NOTE: same issue applies to Pending actions

Same issue here.
Shuffle 2.0.2 on Android 2.3.7 (Cyanogenmod 7.2.0) connecting to Tracks 2.1 
running through BitNami Tracks Stack on Ubuntu 11.10.
Any task with a tag in Tracks is not synchronized to Shuffle. After removing 
all tags in Tracks all tasks appear to synchronize.
