Cannot select edge of screen on Motorola Cliq #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to a VNC server
2. Attempt to select any screen edge
3. See attachment for example

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I cannot select the X to close windows, or scroll bars on the edge of the
screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
androidVNC_build20100102

Please provide any additional information below.

This is on a motorola cliq.

Here's the screenshot.

I notice this seems to happen on another VNC viewer and an RDP viewer, so it 
may be
something strange with the Cliq itself?

This appears to be a Cliq issue.  I've tested a Mytouch, a Samsung Moment, and 
other
apps (Pic Paint) and only the Cliq has this issue.

Cliq has a DPad, right?  You should be able to mouse and click at the edge of 
the screen with that.
