Shortcuts don't work unless app has been run #146

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create shortcut to a connection
2. Reboot phone
3. Press shortcut

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to use the shortcut connection to start a vnc session.  Instead, get a 
Force Close
