Radar app missing in android market with HTC Tattoo and Android 1.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I can't find the Radar app in the android market if I'm using a HTC
Tattoo with android 1.6

I can' find any hints that the app should'nt work at android 1.6

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to install radar at the HTC Tattoo with Android 1.6. Or I
would expect a description where I can read about incompatibilitys

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I detected a hint, that developer have to mark their apps that they are 
compatible
with the smaller screen resolution of the HTC Tattoo to also make the app 
available
for that small resolution phones. Can you do that?

If the Radar app doesn´t exist in the android market, is it possible to 
download it somewhere else?

You can download the radar app with another android mobile. Then you can copy 
the apk from that phone to the HTC Tattoo. It seems to work without problems. 
Surely the easiest way would be, if the developer mark the radar app as 
compatible with the smaller screen.

Have same issue, cant get the app from market.
Have no second android phone to get apk packet, anyone know solotion ??
