alarm for charge rises above 98% option #221

Can there be an option for alarm for charge rises above 98%, when battery is at 
99% (in addition to 100%, when charge rises above 99%) so that the alarm goes 
off when the battery is almost full and does not overcharge (like when at 100%)

Actually overcharging protection is done at hardware level. No need to do it 
manually/programmatically. What device do you want to protect?
