Internal storage mixed with internal sdcard on CM 11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Diskusage, internal storage is not listed, only internal and external 
sdcards
2. Scan sdcard, progress goes above 100%. No free space reported. It seems that 
internal storage content is included (apps folder present)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Diskusage 3.4.3
CM 11 nightly 27/06/2014, Android 4.4.4
SGS2
It used to work with stock ROM and CM 10.2
