Keep current state (=active pdf) when leaving+resuming #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open pdf, select proper page, scroll good position
2. Press home and use another program for 10 seconds
3. Come back to ebookdroid

What is the expected output? 
Pdf is shown, and exactly same place.

What do you see instead?
'Main menu' of ebookdroid.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ebookdroid: svn-r910
Android: 2.2

What device are you using?
10 inch tablet with keyboard.

Please provide any additional information below.
Latest VuDroid works as expected.

If possible, pls use long press on home button and select working instance from 
the list.

I have three way to resume opened pdf, and they all behave same way (i.e. 
EBookDroid backs on it's main menu).

*Clicking application icon.
*Long pressing home -> recently used.
*I have also 'real' task switcher (namely 'PreHome'), which shows 'currently 
running' tasks.
