Unable to find Gantry library. Please make sure you have it installed. #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload rocketlauncher quantive template data and complete successful
install of joomla
2. copy example data
3. click on website and view error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
functional template - instead I see "Unable to find Gantry library. Please
make sure you have it installed."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rocketthemes rocketlauncher quantive template

Please provide any additional information below.
I followed the steps correctly and have this error that no one else seems
to be able to help me with?

This is not a Gantry issue.  Please either take this up on the RocketTheme 
forums or just install gantry lib from the downloads.
