Date problem with gantry framework #13

I have a problem with gantry framework, in the joomla admin side the timezone 
for the server is right, (my post have the correct date) but the home page time 
is wrong.

Eg. i have a component that show historic event every days.
Normally when day change (11:59 pm) the day event change, but in this case the 
homepage left behind a few hours .. I do not know how many ...
it seems that the time of the homepage does not update

(sorry for my english)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
last gantry framework on Hostmonster server (-8 timezone), i'm in Italy (+1), 
last joomla version (1.5x)
