Problem with multiste setup #15

I have set up a multisite blog and installed the grantry framework. With the 
"main" admin account everything works fine, but with if I create a new admin 
(which is not admin for all blogs) the account will not the the "Granty Theme" 
button in admin menu. He can only make changes in the widget area, but no theme 
settings.
