What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download rt_gantry-3.2.19-bundle.zip
2. from joomla administrator console, select this file and install.
3. intallation failed with message regarding Unable to unzip 
rt_gantry-3.2.19-bundle.zip

Joomla 2.5.4 is in use.
