Upgrade from Gantry 3.0.11 to 3.1.0 will not allow me to access the Rocket Theme Template Panacea

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the new version
2. Upgrade using Joomla Install process
3. Access the template

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To See the Panacea template

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Joomla 1.5.21 on Linux

hi there,

the errors shown at the bottom of the screenshot show that you have some 
permissions issue.
please check in your joomla admin under > help > system info > directory 
permissions...
all those directories seem to be unwritable on your site, but need to be 
writable in order for everything to work properly.

I have the identical set up and same exact problem and have tried changing the 
permissions with no luck.

Menus:  Cannot assign default template.
Parameters The parameter file /templates/rt_zephyr_j15/params.ini is writable!
