What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Selected rt_gantry_j15-3.1.0-bundle.tar.gz to upload on my joomla site.
2. File fails to upload with this error; Warning: 
file_put_contents(D:\Hosting\6559805\html\tmp\install_4cd21c7007322\name="fromop
acity" default="1" type="slider" class="" label="OPACITY" showlabel="no" 
position="right) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: Invalid

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest available very, uploading from windows 7 64 bit to Godaddy Hosting 
service, onto existing joomla site.

Please provide any additional information below.

My hosting server is a Windows Host.
