What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade from Gantry 3.0.7 to 3.1.2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can open Zephyr template manager.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Joomla 1.5.22 Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
After I downgrade to 3.0.7, it's back to normal.
