Хотелось бы иметь опцию, которая позволяла 
отделять footnotes от endnotes. 
footnotes сохранять как обычные сноски, а endnotes - 
в секции <body name="comments"> (как это делается в 
FBEditor).
Все таки конечные сноски намного большие 
по объему, чем постраничные. И когда в CoolReader 
или AlReader сноска занимает пол страницы, это 
не сильно красиво.
