myfolder is not listed in the gallery

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a fresh phppi install
2. Copy myfolder with bunch of sub-folders and images to phppi install directory
3. Access gallery via browser
4. myfolder is not listed in the root
5. Type ?myfolder in the URL
6. All sub-folders are shown and accessible
7. Go back to gallery root and refresh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see myfolder nearby Sample Photos.
Howere, there is only Sample Photos are shown.

What version of PHPPI are you using? On what operating system?
phppi-1.1.1 SunOS 5.11 snv_134b i86pc

Please provide any additional information below.

It's possible your cache for PHPPI still contains data from before you copying 
the folder across. Delete all the files in phppi/cache and it should appear. 
Note that the default settings for PHPPI cache the folder contents for 1 day 
before retrieving a new copy.
