Unable to download data #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Menu
2.Tools
3.Select any file
4.Push "download data file"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Download doesn't start, a message appears instead:
Error: java.io.IOException: Unable to connect to server: Unable to configure 
data port

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
hw: Pocketbook IQ 701
sw: Android 2.1
ftp isn't blocked - I'm able to download these files through the same router 
using a laptop.

Please provide any additional information below.
