error occured to add recaptcha.dll in visualstudio toolbox #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download the recaptcha.zip and extract it 
2. want to add .dll file in toolbox but error occured
3. couldnot load file assembly System.Web.Mvc....

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
why it is not connected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 ver: 10.0.40219.1 sp1 on windows-8
