Option to store juni-report.xml to SD card #148

Is it possible to add an option that I can tell whether I want to store report 
files to application storage or on to SD card?

I made my own modified version but I guess this option would be valuable for 
other users too.

Never mind, it was for com.zutubi.android.junitreport.JUnitReportTestRunner, I 
didn't notice the class origins.
