Error in installing the software #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1) Start Eclipse.
2) Select [Help] tab from menu bar.
3) Click [Install New Software] from pull-down menu.
4) Click [Add...] button at the right of 'Work with' field.
5) Enter 'Name' and 'Location' as table below.
6) Check 'Select All' and then click [Next] button.
7) Make sure Install details list have SciroccoFeature, and then click [Next] 
button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Check 'I accept the terms of the license agreement' and click 'Finish' button, 
This should install the softare.

But there is a issue with installing the software as one or more of the 
required items could not be found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1) eclipse-SDK-3.6.2-win32
2) Latest version of Scirocco

Please provide any additional information below.

In my case, using a mac, I get the following:
An error occurred while installing the items
session context was:(profile=epp.package.java, 
phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --> 
[R]com.android.ide.eclipse.scirocco 10.2.0, action=).
Failed to prepare partial IU: [R]com.android.ide.eclipse.scirocco 10.2.0.
