error when adding rules #113

-What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add a new rule like the following image

Rule gets added.

Fix:
Open TEA.php and TEAC.php in a text editor and replace any instance of:

http://api.eveonline.com/ (OR http://api.eve-online.com/)

-WITH-

https://api.eveonline.com/

CCP switched to secure http recently.
