Alts in different corps within same alliance gives multiple Additional Groups

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register character with alts in two different corps within same alliance and 
add valid API id/key for this character
2. Create 2 different corporation rules and assign different groups to them
3. Character will receive two (both) corp tags when filtered and assigned to 
group in TeamSpeak3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Each character should be assigned -one correct- corp tag regardless of which 
corp tags his alts on the same API have. 

Please provide any additional information below.
We have a 400 man alliance, and I assign TS3 groups based upon their Alliance 
and Corp Membership. I.e. TS3 will automatically assign Corp Tag "DMNC" to 
people in that corp. However, we have a few individuals who somehow have alts 
in different corps within the same alliance, which leads to Temars EVE API to 
assign multiple corp tags to these individuals instead of the correct corp only.
