Mixed RSS Mode and Multi Search Engine Search #285

Please implement the following (and similar) requests:

* Please add an All New RSS field on the RSS Feed List that shows a mixed, 
chronological list of all new/unread RSS feed items of all added RSS feeds. 
This makes browsing the new items of multiple RSS feeds easier and doesn't 
force the user to enter separate RSS feeds to view their new contents.

* PLease add the option to run searches via multiple search engines at once, 
and have their results mixed in a result list. Instead choosing a single search 
engine, allow to choose multiple from a list screen. All checked are being 
quiered when a search is done.

This is not going to happen. During Transdroid 2 design I have though a lot 
about this (and variants) but it's too hard to make it work understabably by 
users.
