sort by download queue order #315

Is there any chance of getting a sort by download queue. I use deluge and would 
like to see my downloads in queue order. I am quite surprised it has not been 
asked for previously.
Finished torrents in deluge.don't have a queue number and could be are shown at 
the bottom when sorted by queue in webui or gtk

Actually it was requested but was called 'priorities' instead of 'queue'. I 
hope to add this in the future.
