Uploaded torrent will not start #318

I have transdroid installed on HTC desire.
In my NAS device I have Transmission for torrents.
Transdroid will connect to Transmission with no problems.
I can see torrents and their state.
when adding torrent via Transdroid the torrent will be uploaded to NAS but it
will remain in "stopped" state. In the phone it says "waiting to download" and
"waiting to check" for a long time.

To start the torrent I need to log via transmission remote and push start
(torrent is active on transmission client but "stopped" state.
when opening torrent in transdroid and press "refresh" I have state: "paused" .
pushing "start" wil say downloading after another "refresh" gives me again
"paused"

If trying to start with transdroid client will not change anything.

It seems that your Transmission version doesn't start the torrent when added,
even though Transdroid does ask for it explicitly. Also, it doesn't want to
start for some reason.

If you use the Transmission web interface from youyour phone, are you able to
start the torrent? If you add a torrent directly there (using an URL), does it
start immediately?

It's hard to tell what the problem is, since the NAS version of your
Transmission client is probably nin-standard.

Thanks for reply, you hinted me to right direction.
I have sorted this out.
My transmission-gui client had wrong default download directory set up.
so when changed it to right one everything was ok.
for somehow remote client in my pc recognised right directory.
by default the directory would be /mnt/HD_a2/transmission-downloads
i have been using /mnt/HD_a2/SHARED/transmission-downloads
so when added this "Shared" to default directory everything is ok.
