Allow users to add RSS based search engines themselves. #327

Two torrent site search engines that I have found recently that I personally
want to add are

http://torrentz.eu/feed?q=%s
http://www.limetorrents.com/searchrss/%s/

Sadly, I cannot add these RSS resulting search engines to Transdroid 1.0.3 as a
RSS search, only the sites web search option can be added

Would it be possible to change "Add web search site" to "Add search engine" and
on the resulting screen, change "Direct search URL" to "Search URL" and add an
additional option to select if the search result will be in RSS or HTML format?

If RSS is selected, it could be treated as one of the much easier to use
built-in search engines

I've added LimeTorrents. Torrentz.eu does not link to the .torrent (or magnet)
files directly so we can't use it.

You see here one of the problems with allowing users to add RSS based searches.
Moreover, every RSS based search site still uses custom fields or the
description to store seeders, leechers, size and/or links and really there is
no way I can ever make a totally generic UI for this. Sorry.
