Pause/resume on widget #329

 Would it be possible to have a larger widget that has some basic client controls on it?  I work from home, and I frequently find myself either pausing all torrents at once, or setting the bandwidth allowances lower, when I have to do something network-intensive (most of the time my clients are unlimited).  I would love if I could do a one-touch pause and resume from the home screen widget.  One-touch bandwidth "presets" would be nice, too.
