Force Start in Vuze #334

According to issue 84(http://code.google.com/p/transdroid/issues/detail?id=84) 
this was fixed. However, I running Transdorid 1.05 and Vuze 4.6.0.4 with 
Classic UI and do not have the ability to force start at all. If you need any 
more info, Eric, feel free to let me know what else you need.

It was only implemented for uTorrent since the normal Vuze UI has no such 
option and I also can't find a possibility to force start in code (through the 
XML over HTTP plugin). Sorry. If you have different info, please let me know.
