Transmission 2.41 causes crash on 'org.transdroid' process

I upgraded my Transmission to 2.41 this morning, and tried to connect it from 
Transdroid 1.04. When I started Transdroid, Android shows a dialog box: 
"Transdroid Torrent Manager application (process org.transdroid) stopped 
unexpectedly". Please try again." and a button to force closing.

According to the log, it's a NullPointer exception at 
org.transdroid.daemon.TorrentsComparator.compare(TorrentsComparator.java:61. 
I'm sending a full log by e-mail.

I noticed some differences on RPC interface looking at the Transmission's 
changelog, and some things look different on Transmission Remote GUI. Maybe 
those changes affected how Transdroid commnicate with Transdroid, and now it's 
crashing.

I'm sending a log report with details.

What version of the product are you using?

Transdroid 1.0.4

What torrent client are you using?

Transmission 2.4.1 on Linux
