Packaging #37

The purpose of this PR is to create a package and submit it to MELPA.

@austin----- I plan to submit this package to MELPA after you merge this PR, so I'm waiting for you.

P.S. I use package-install-from-buffer from dired to install multiple .el as a package, but this command comes from very latest Emacs (probably 25.0), if you use older Emacs, you may need to read https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/elisp/Multi_002dfile-Packages.html#Multi_002dfile-Packages to learn how to do it.
