Adding Marmottel #42

@httpducks are you still running your homeserver?

Hi Austin, I am not running the homeserver anymore. Nobody was using it. Marmottel will likely return as a paid hosting provider for private Matrix homeservers and other telecom services but there is no ETA, several months at least.
