change 'libertarian' to 'cypherpunk' on hackliberty.org entry #62

we would like to change 'libertarian' to 'cypherpunk' on hackliberty.org entry as it more accurately reflects our instance

the change has been pushed to the new list but i'm not updating the old list anymore as it is deprecated and will be removed once fluffychat stops using it

thank you, i noticed it was changed to 'cyberpunks' instead of 'cypherpunks' which is an important distinction! thanks again!
