chore: make Matrix server list machine readable

In order to improve the machine readability, the prod server list include was reduced to the raw list.

This might enable Matrix user or clients to automatically fetch good servers.

But there's also the "Conditional registration" header on Line 120~122. Also footnotes will not work if they're not in the same file.

The fact that I use a bash script to automatically update the version should suggest that the list can be machine-readable (at least for the server side).

I welcome clients to implement the list, and if necessary, I will assist them by adding a script that generates a list specific to their needs (since clients can't dig).
