Files missing from node-test.js

The following files are referenced from node-test.js, but not found in this repo.

Since this repo is intended to be used as a Node package, you may want to check it out here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/bibtex-to-csl-json

That should work without the errors.

This Github repo is a pet project that I cobbled together a while ago, mainly so I could use Gitbook.com and produce references in a style I liked from bibtex files. At the time I wrote it, Gitbook required plugins to be NPM packages and Github hosted. I may come back to it over the next few months.

In the meantime, this may fix the issue if you're tinkering with it outside of Gitbook:

• Create the dirs assets/csl/locales and assets/csl/styles in the appropriate places.
• Download the en-US locale file and the Harvard style file into the appropriate places.

I didn't include these files with this repo since they're maintained by the Citation Style Language team. Maybe I'll add them to prevent this error.

I'll leave this issue open until I get around to fixing it -- which may be some time :)
