when a creature i control but don't own dies it thinks that i don't control it and visa versa.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opponent reanimated my creature or I reanimate theirs while I have butcher 
of malikir or grave pact in play
2. Creature dies

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect gravepact to activate if a creature I control dies, instead it seems 
to be based on ownership, if my opponent controls a creature that I own and it 
dies then grave pact triggers and they sacrifice another creature.
If I have one of their creatures and it dies then gravepact doesn't go off.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
