Change Author Fields to Integrate w/ Profile Extender Fields

[Maybe] Change author fields to integrate with the fields that can be created via the Profile Extender plugin.

• "Author Display Name" field to integrate with "Real Name" field. ("Real Name" is a magic field: https://github.com/vanilla/vanilla/blob/master/plugins/ProfileExtender/class.profileextender.plugin.php#L147)
• "Author Bio" field to integrate with the "About" field ("About" is an existing column in the User table: https://github.com/vanilla/vanilla/blob/master/plugins/ProfileExtender/class.profileextender.plugin.php#L24)

One reason for doing this would be to reduce duplicate/similar fields and just use the standard ones in Vanilla. One reason for not doing this would be since the author fields are for those with permission to add articles only and/or they might write something different than the standard fields.

What are your thoughts on this, @hgtonight?

Profile extender is a bundled plugin, but you are essentially adding a dependency.

I think this is a good idea, probably. :)
