Delete ArticleMedia When Deleting Article #57

Delete ArticleMedia entities and files associated with an article while deleting it.

If an ArticleMedia Library Manager were implemented, then ArticleMedia should not be deleted when deleting an article since ArticleMedia entities would not have a one-to-one relationship with Articles anymore. See: issue #59.
