add a setting that will display correct airtime based on timezone for the when 
to watch listing

actually after reading the user guide it says that the when to watch gets its 
timezone from Windows but I currently have my timezone set to the correct one 
and all the shows are still coming up wrong by 4 hours. not sure if this is 
because of thetvdb.com or from TVRename. I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit 
and just updated to the TVRename v2.2.0b7 release and still no change.
