XBMC NFOs not created according to XBMC wiki #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a merged episode in TV Rename
2. Scan and create NFO with "XBMC NFO files for shows and episodes" checked

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This is the NFO that TV Rename creates

TV Rename 2.2.4, on swedish Windows XP SP3

Just above the block of xml code it says
"For multi-part episodes, simply add multiple <episodedetails> XML blocks in 
succession."
