Linked file (.doc and .pdf) do not open after closing Keynote. #363

Files linked to Keynote 1.7.8.1 using Insert > Link to file menu work as long 
as Keynote remains open, but once Keynote is closed and reopened the links no 
longer work.  I enclosed copy of error dialog.
